Ma'am, you are free to ignore me and I'm free to post to you the words of the Confederates themselves of the 1860s. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the quote from Miss Inman's diary. Here's an entry from March 3, 1864 that you might approve of more:

actually,that's a southern TURNCOAT, in the uniform of the ENEMY!

MANY of those men fought WELL & HONORABLY in a POOR cause.they fought AGAINST liberty & for DESPOTISM.

PITY that you haven't figured that out.
