2. confining both civilians (who had done NOTHING UNlawful) and prisoners of war in CONCENTRATION CAMPS to be starved/assaulted/raped/denied food,clothing,medical care/murdered in cold blood,

3. enforcing the laws that agreed with and IGNORING the ones that would have restrained his excesses &

4. surrounding himself with a bunch of "yes men", who NEVER tried to "rein him in" regardless of how dishonest, immoral, hate-FILLED and/or UNwise his inclinations were,
