not sure--it was found online in yahoo image search, "big dig tunnel" and was on someone's photo album but I can't find any more info.
The scary thing is it might be real -- wasn't their theme song for a while "Worth the wait!"?
What an idiot Kerry is. Why pander to the local Massachusetts democrat hacks this way? Doesn't he realize how bad this looks on the national stage...
A bargain? As in 'Sorry Mr Del Valle that your wife was crushed by a falling concrete cieling, but we got a bargain on this tunnel'. The tunnel was originally a few billion and it ballooned to $14B+. That is a Democrat "bargain"...
