Once again I ask about grains such as wheat and oats, barley, corn, all of which are grasses.

Do we keep eating them or not?

There are many who advocate not eating grains
because of the mucus buildup in the respiratory tract
or because of machine harvesting..

It is healthier to eat uncooked organic fruits
... a discipline not many follow totally

Holy crap. My BEER is made from these grasses. Usually, after i cut my lawn, weed whack, and then use the leaf blower, I like to have a nice cold beer.

Man, now I feel awful. I burn gasoline, murder innocent leaves, and then drink products torn from the loving loins of Mother Earth.
