I'm not quite sure what it would mean for a political party to "embrace" a scientific theory. Should the GOP "embrace" general relativity and quantum mechanics? How about we "embrace" the Krebs cycle?

The only thing anyone on the pro-evolution side wants is this: politicians stick to politics and biology to the biologists. Stop telling biology teachers how to do their job.

Actually, this is kind of funny.

Biology teachers in most areas are prohibited from teaching anything other than evolution. It is your side that is imposing restrictions on how they do their job.

So you would be ok with biology teachers deciding for themselves whether to include in the curriculum criticisms of evolution or intelligent design or creation?
