Can that be copied and circulated printed at will? It might look good on, say, telephone poles in Durham neighborhoods, or in full page ads in the N&O. AFAIK, it would be perfectly legal to distribute such posters-- as long as there are no copyright issues.

What kind of copyright issues? I'm familiar with the poster originator/s, and they want the poster to be shared as widely as legally possible.
