I can't help but wonder.
I can show you the articles with the overflowing media outrage towards Colin Finnerty and Ryan McFadyen (e-mail parody), yet go looking for some MSM outrage against Andrea Yates.
What does this say about our society? We are furious and outraged and resent the living standards by which these men were raised? We resent that someone worked hard, earned, and saved - and their children benefit.
However, there was total silence about the treatment of Crystal's kids. How Jarriel Johnson said they would let him in - and he would see no other adults. How 5 minutes after one man left that house, another man - Jarriel would show up and Mommy would be gone from 2:00 pm to 9:00 am the next morning for night after night?
Andrea Yates didn't send a private e-mail when she was 19 and she didn't tussle in Georgetown at 19 - but she systematically killed her FIVE children!
Everyone knows, in time, Yates will be out. Media Talking Heads like Kimberly Guilfoyle lobbied for Yates to be found Not-guilty.
Really I think this speaks volumes.
