My theory: someone banned a long time ago (like Willie) who'd had salted away a few alias' for a time like now when he can't get in ligit. Probably got caught becuase he signed up using a connection from an old IP. If he were smart, he'd sign up using a hot-spot at starbux so he won't get caught so easy, but then again maybe I should not give anybody any more ideas...
