* Involved in a case expressely focused on Duke University having as a family member been involved in a multi million dollar settlement
* Greduated in the same highschool, same class and same year as the accuser
* Is a perv chasing skirts and skirts particularly with children.

And conveniently forgets to all this while remaining impartial in the Durham DA's office.
