If there're more than one Coldwater, then they're all lefty psychos. As long as I've posted there (under various names), I've never seen anything except a leftist bent from the moderator(s).

There was a poor poster complaining about this bent of CourtTV boards on the Duke board a while back. I thought of pointing out to him that at that very moment there was a "sticky" on the top of the board on "global warming." That says it all to me, a Legal Channel covering global warming. The poster did not need to ask about the bent. It is just a condition of that board. You either put up with it or leave.

Of course I do not know there are multiple moderators, but I have noticed what seemed to be different moderating on different days and I would think like M-M that that would be a lot of work for one person. But certainly recently they have closed the Duke board at the drop of a hat.

Of course I have only been on the CO v. Bryant and NC v. Evans, Finnerty and Seligmann boards other than a couple of times on the weekend board. It could be that questionable rape accusations bring out the political correctness of CourtTV more than other cases. I wonder if there is as much contention on board on other types of cases? If so that would support my conjecture that there must be multiple "Coldwater" waiting to ice down hot discussions.
