She's (Coldwater) a leftwing psycho.
I believe that "Coldwater" is a signon used by whomever CourtTV has moderating various boards. Thus whomever they have "throwing coldwater on when the discussion gets too hot" is known on each board as "coldwater." My reason for this is that moderating seems to vary at different times which to me implies either a split personality or multiple personalities behind the signon.
And yes CourtTV is terribly biased left. That is why I would rather post and discuss here, especially since the supporters of Mangum have nothing to contribute on the CourtTV board anyway. It is one thing when there are two sides to a case to discuss. In this one, you either believe/hope for a conviction based on a racists jury's nullifaction or you look at the evidence and see no case. Other cases the issue is not so cut and dried.

Ha! That must be it. Coldwater on a heated subject. And more than one moderator using the name. Just last night I was wondering how one person could manage all those boards. The answer is obvious: one person can't!
You are so clever. And I feel so dumb.

Don't think this has been posted yet.

Wow! A 17-page motion? I hope it's eventually posted.
Also, note that the quasi gag order applies to witnesses! Gee whiz! I didn't know that the Rules of Professional Conduct could be extended to non-lawyers! (They do some weird stuff in that state....)
Was that quasi gag order ever posted anywhere? The judge -- even though he hadn't read all the motions -- had it all prepared in duplicates for his signature.

Agree.
If there're more than one Coldwater, then they're all lefty psychos. As long as I've posted there (under various names), I've never seen anything except a leftist bent from the moderator(s).
