It's incredible to think they haven't even been arraigned yet. If the wheels of justice turned any slower in NC they'd be turning in reverse.

In addition to Osborn filing a motion to try to get things going some time this century, the defense also filed a motion asking the judge to modify his supposed "gag order".

NC justice (which I use euphemistically :>) moves in geologic time. Speaking of time, here in CA a defendant has to waive time or s/he goes to trial in 45 days.
