Sounds like the judge made a better call than expected. The release of the addresses didn't trouble me as much as the release of the card information.

I hate that the addresses are given to Nifong, but the lawyers will instruct the guys to refer anything to them.

BFD. This gives Nifong nothing he couldn't have gotten easily anyway. The addresses are all moot since I bet most of the laxers are going to be back on campus in a couple of weeks anyway. I agree that it's the DukeCard info that Nifong wanted and he doesn't get that.
We knew he'd give Nodong something - better the addies than the card records. He could have gotten all or most of the addies a number of other ways anyhow.
