Here's one of those investigative reporting leads. It's local, it's certainly topical and it's not a very difficult assignment in my opinion. ADA Couch is currently employed by the Durham County District Attorney. ADA Couch also appears to be currently employed by Couch & Taibi. If one understands the Media agenda, they shouldn t be sitting around waiting for official news reports.
This Duke story is about as dead as it gets. It gets in the local media, but try finding it in a meaningful way on National Television.
Is it a coincidence that when damaging info was available on the AV, cable shows were running stories about the Search for Jimmy Hoffa or Natalie Holloway historical recaps or what Scott Petersen s jail cell looks like ?
I heard there was significant support for the defense at Talkleft. Maybe they would help spread the word.

We need to find out where the hell Crystal is. Has she escaped Nifong's reach or is she in hiding, compliments of someone such as Willie Gary.
I know Durham is corrupt, but I cannot and do not believe everyone working in the system is happy with this. If anyone is lurking and has something to offer, all they have to do is sign up and freepmail anyone of us, they would not even have to post anything.
And Miss Kim. Nifong signed off on the bond deal, but who arranged it? ADA? She has not paid one penny back to the courts. Why did they not pick her up long before this? Was she bonking the parole officer. She has advertised herself as a "model scout." Does that make her VP in charge of new whores?
Sigh, still much work to do.

Take time to read the page Melanie. How can Nifong portray those boys as perverts in a court of law for hiring strippers when he has an ADA who engages in far more public explicit behavior.
FACT: ADA C DESTINE Couch likes to mentor youth. Do you want him mentoring your daughter? You are not concerned that a man who will advertises his proportions while belonging to more x rated groups than I can shake a stick at might be mentoring young men and women? Where is the outrage on that one?

FACT: FINESSE COUCH, mother of ADA C DESTINE COUCH is President of the Durham County Bar Association. Wonder who her clients are.
FACT: WILLIE GARY has represented FINESSE COUCH in a negligence lawsuit against Duke Medical Center.
FACT: She sued for 30 Million, was awarded 2.5 million (not 25, but 2.5) and parts of that were overturned.
FACT: C DESTINE COUCH went to High School with AV and they graduated the same year.
FACT: When given the choice between searching for truth or allowing a lynching, you and everyone else have chosen the lynching. You ignore the obvious. Jesus Christ could come down and tell you those boys are being lynched and you would dismiss him.

And if the graduates don't come back to NC, Nodong can subpoena them until the cows come home. If they don't show, he can pound sand. He would have to go through a whole lot of hoops to force them to come back to testify. The most he would probably do is release the non-appearance to the media as a "Why are they hiding? What are they hiding?" type of story. Then they can all call the media and answer their question: "It's a BS case and we're not coming back unless forced by the jurisdictions we live in."
What's stupid is that the cops didn't interview these guys when they took their photos. All they would have had to do is what's called an "FI" card (field investigation) and gotten their Durham address as well as their permanent addresses. Each one would have taken about a minute.
DUH.
You're kidding? ADA Crotch, the whore, and Chalmers all went to school together, same class? I thought Chalmers was quite a bit older.
