I think we all work well together. : )

I will be vacationing in North Carolina (not Durham). I can't boycott NC. I think it is a beautful state, lived there several years ago (still visit on business), and have vacationed there since my teens.

a thought: is it possible that one of the reasons Melanie and the N-O have been unwilling to pursue the truth in this case is its leader?

Orage Quarles III, President and Publisher
Mr. Quarles was named president and publisher of The News & Observer in January 2000; it is the third McClatchy newspaper he has led. From 1996 to 2000, he was publisher of The Modesto Bee in California, and from 1993 to 1996, he was president and publisher of The Herald in Rock Hill, S.C. When he assumed his role in Rock Hill in January 1993, he became the first African American to lead a daily newspaper in the South.

I'd say that is a pretty good guess.

LOL..wonder if that forehead wart popped off from the pressure.

What do you want to bet ADA's Mama is one mad woman?

ADA is very obsessed with WWE.
15 pages of posts at the bodybuilding forum and they all are about the wrestlers.

Nothing wrong with that. Living in GA, I know people who LOVE WWE. But ADA seems to be a believer!

Unrelated story???

"Tarheel Association, made up of about 10 strip club owners in the state"

Grand jury gets visitors
Strip club owner, lobbyist, lawyers enter federal building

Modified: Apr 21, 2006 03:31 AM

Two men from Charlotte - a strip club owner and a hotel industry lobbyist - and two lawyers for a prominent North Carolina law firm appeared Thursday at the federal courthouse in Raleigh, where a grand jury has been looking into matters connected to House Speaker Jim Black.

David "Slim" Baucom, who owns a chain of topless bars in the Carolinas, arrived at the federal building downtown about 8:15 a.m., clutching documents. He did not stop to talk with a reporter.

(snip)

Baucom is connected with hospitality advocacy groups, including the Tarheel Association, made up of about 10 strip club owners in the state. In a subpoena issued to Black's office in October, federal investigators sought information about that group.
