Apologies for being late to the thread, if you need a good link to view the race progress, check out UKk Yahoo's TdF site - there are three main areas - up top, you can use the arrows on the side to navigate back and forth in the field. The middle is live updates, and the bottom has a bar over a diagram of the course displaying where they are currently at, with the shaded portion of the course having already been completed.
