3.2 was the most ridiculous rule I've ever seen.

Correction is the most ridiculous rule ever. It is still around in Oklahoma among other stupid rules. It appears that Oklahoma doesn't just want drunks we want fat drunks.

LOL. Someone is on the take. Washington State sh*tcanned that rule 25 years ago.
