Look at the 4600. They are going to charge more than double for the same chip in a box with a fan. Something does not sound right.

The Retail Boxes don't make any sense at all.
but the 5000+ X2 is less than what I paid for my 3800+ X2 less than a year ago....
Thats probably reflecting current inventory, and not OEM tray processors... that should be address by AMD and the retailer shortly..
It could be a supply issue!
