Wow, I think lamb fries are the BEST, too. I can eat dozens and dozens. Could probably enter one of those contests if I put my mind to it. Alas, I never see them on any menus anymore.
Here in Oklahoma City, Cattlemen's Steakhouse has them on the menu as an appetizer.
