This concept has been around for many years. Funny thing though, that for every proponent, there is always a thousand who say it could never work, just eccentric fantasy. But it is viable and we'll see it someday.

The Bell facility that would work on this project is just a couple of miles from my home, so I'll keep my eyes peeled for strange sightings.
