DB has it right - you are VERY incorrect to criticize India for not bombing Pakistan because they do not know who, exactly, is behind it.

India also lacks the intelligence (like, CIA type, not SAT type) to probably have a handle on it.

Also, the Isrealis did not have to try and figure out who is responsible for what - they perps CLAIMED it.

It took the US many many months to respond, militarily, to 911. Give the I-Dots some time.

Agree on your points. But, to prevent such adventures across the border in the future, the response must be strong and punishing.

Hope India has something in the plan, and that 200 dead people won't be forgotten because India has 1.2 billion of them still alive.
