I'm glad to see Landis, an American doing so well in the TDF. I've heard on a few Sports Talk radio shows that America's lost it's competitive edge in international sports. When I read an article on Yahoo saying the same thing I posted it on FR and wrote a good rebuttal about how well our American riders were doing this year in MotoGP, the top series in international motorcycle racing.

I sorta figured that Landis didn't want the yellow jersey. Glad to see Voigt get it. A real good guy. But Pereiro is no real threat in the mountains. I'm most interested in what Popo and Azevedo will do for Discovery. Bruyneel may still have an ace or two up his sleeve. This is not over yet and watch out for Stage 16. That monster might eliminate half the field.
