95%? Not much Freepin' to do there... Looks like the Dobbs fans have already chimed in.

Not all communities can afford to do this. There are plenty - particularly agricultural and resort communities - that just don't have enough American workers to sustain business.
If there was a guest worker program that could provide enough seasonal workers to meet the need, then many communities would do it. But not many will vote to shut down their own source of income for no perceived benefit.

So, you are in the 5% group I take it. I sure am glad the politicians agree with you, to protect us morons from ourselves.

"don't have enough American workers to sustain business."
Well, let's find out. Letting in 15 million +/- criminals (illegal entry, ID forgery, tax evasion, identity theft, to name a few) will destroy this country. They are not here to become citizens. They are fleeing the Mexican hellhole. I am sorry Mexico is a hellhole. Send the illegals back and let them solve it!

Hard to believe that CNN is publicizing the results of this poll. Wouldn't be surprised if the number is closer to 50-50 by the time the poll is closed.....
To: dynachrome
Apparently they're turning down jobs in Mexico.
http://www.elpasotimes.com/business/ci_4044004
JUAREZ -- Each day, dozens of undocumented immigrants are returned to Mexico at the Paso del Norte Bridge in Downtown El Paso. They are drained and disappointed by their failure to emigrate but still dream of bettering themselves through hard work. Meanwhile in Juárez, where they land, maquila executives struggle each day to alleviate a severe worker shortage.
So it was a clever idea to offer the returning migrants a job on a factory line.
But so far, there have been no takers.

Who wants to live in Mexico? Sorry, unless you are at a resort , the country is pretty grim.

I wouldn't call you morons. But you sure do like to get worked into a lather before you get all of the relevant information.
Let me guess - you also believe that global warming is "science"; DPW was about letting "Arabs buy our ports"; themerisol causes autism; ethanol is the solution to our energy woes; etc.
There are few instances where blind belief is recommended. I don't think this is one.
To: dynachrome
I support the efforts of towns like this.
However, I refuse to give Lou Dobbs the value of my hit to his site! He is a fool on everything except immigration.
