perhaps if the MAss builders had frapped their steel bolts with more glue in those too-short holes, the woman killed by Kennedy-Kerry's Big Dig would be alive today.
I'm still wondering about the contractors who built the tunnel. Were they friends/relatives of Kerry/Kennedy? There was a lot of pork going on then in MA.
