If someone hasn't tried Firefox there are two main advantages.
1. Its safer.
2. There are thousands of extensions that allow massive additional capabilities.

I can't use it anymore for some reason. Every time I open the Firefox browser it crashes within 5 or 10 minutes. I make sure to update the version that I have whenever necessary but it doesn't help. It's a shame because I really enjoyed using Firefox, but now I have had to go back to IE, which I hate.
