I ordered an omelet while I was in Las Vegas, ate half of it, sadly I had to leave the rest.It was the best meal I had the entire time I was there.
Nothing there was cheap, a glass of ginger ale cost $2.95.

Write the restaurant and ask for the recipe. I have found that some restaurants are glad to give you their recipes. Wouldn't that be great!
