The gag order can't extend beyond the boundaries of NC.

If someone finds out the info, can't it be talked about on TV, or would that mean the TV station would be liable for contempt if it is broadcast in NC?

What about the Internet?

(Do we need a "radio free America"?)

You can bet the trial judge will be no better.

That does not bode well for a trial.

I hope those high-powered and high-priced lawyers swing into action and do something besides piling up "errors" to be used on appeal.
