The 13 year-old girl couldn't and wouldn't look at the defendant, her former middle school gym teacher.
The teen kept her eyes focused on senior prosecutor Jeffrey Boyles as he questioned her during the trial of Edward Fullum III, who is accused of improperly touching four Hannah Penn Middle School girls, then ages 11 and 12, during classes in 2004.
The girl, who pointed vaguely without looking in Fullum's direction at the defense table, said Fullum had pressed his groin against her back as she showed her how to use a field hockey stick.............
She told Fullum's jury that he would wear "Daisy Dukes," tight shorts, while teaching gym classes and that she could see the imprint of his genitals.
Another girl, also now 13, said she too, "felt his privates on my back" during a hockey stick demonstration.
"I would move away a bit and he would move closer," she said.
The last of four teens who testified Monday in York County Common Pleas Court said Fullum touched her breasts as he showed her how to swing a hockey stick............
"His shorts were really, really tight," she said. "It was just, like, nasty.".......
Fullum, of Spring Garden Township, was charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minors in June 2005.....
Fullum was found guilty of three counts of summary harrassment against three different students at his August preliminary hearing and was fined $300 for each count.
York City School District also was charged for failure to properly report suspected sexual abuse to authorities, a violation of the state's Child Protective Services Act. The district's solicitor entered a guilty plea in district court in June 2005.

That's when the guy got charged and the school district actually took some action and suspended the man.
His wife is a principal in the school district and the guy was allowed to retire in September of last year.
The local DA charged the school district with violating state law about reporting and they entered a guilty plea with the school board complaining about the charge. Heck, no real punishment for their failure to report anyway. This was a case that the school system acutally tried to cover up at first.
He probably has a nice fat pension coming in for his "retirement". Sounds like his wife helped cover things up.
Disgusting!
Sounds like the Salem witches are reincarnated.
P.S He was found not guilty after among other things a school board member testified in his defense.
