Nope.
but the administration will brutally "forcibly-re-educate" the REST of the school, won't they?
If I were a parent in any of the BC schools, I'd sue to PROTECT my little girl from sharing a restroom with a boy.
The elementary schools parade them in neat rows to and from the bathroom after lunch, between classes, etc ; it's NOT private in any way.
Funny how that's not bullying, isn't it? And re-educate to what end? That a 5 year old thinks he's a girl? I can't believe they've assigned a label of gender dysphoria to such a young child. He's not even into the operational stage, he's barely out of the stage where everything make believe and real can become one world. If you've been around children, especially ages 3&4, you know what I mean. They aren't dressed as Superman pretending to save the world, they are Superman actually saving the world. How can they be really sure at his age that he wasn't just pretending? How does the little boy even really know? Did they explore ways to reinforce his actual gender roles? We'll probably never know.

Yes, absolutely. What about when he's 10 and 12 and 17? Will the girls' want him in the same bathroom? And don't they have a right to say 'no'? And will he be safe using the boys' room? I guess the school has a ton of re-education to get busy with.
And the parents who complain? Expect their names and all personal data to be 'leaked' to the public and let the slander of their good names begin... Apparently that's the 'real' problem here (eyeroll).
My question: If he changes his mind, if he can sift through all the doctors labels and he decides he wants to be a boy, what will happen? Will he be permitted? How will he ever assimilate with his peers then? Or will he simply be in need of yet more therapy? (Rhetorical really, I think we know....)
