Materazzi must have said something really nasty to him. However, not an excuse for losing one's temper like that. I don't usually follow soccer, so my interest was snagged when someone mentioned to me that this is not the first time Zidane has done something like this... anyone know about any prior temper tantrums?
Zidane has a well documented list of ugly attacks on others during games. This was no surprise to those who know his history.
