Shouldn't it be Zidane, you stinking Algerian? Out of curiosity was there anyone on the French side who was born in France?
Zidane's the veteran, supposedly the "grand old man" of that team, right? So why the blazes would he do something so utterly stupid as get himself red-carded, in a 1-1 tie, in a World Cup final that's probably the last game of his career? That's a brainfart of legendary proportions.
