I wasn't serious and living in AZ and hearing some mighty stupid yammering, I have tried to tune out to some parts.

Had Sheriff Joe not wanted to make a local political statement, he could have demanded oil for humans that he just dumped off at the border last night. I guess the man with the armored vehicle doesn't know how to negotiate fuel for his unnecessary contraption.
