no law suit, it is one of the episodes which was allowed to go free via P2P downloads without penalty.
The scientologists could not sue because TRUTH would be the defense and they would legally have to admit they actually DO believe in theatans and that aliens are going to come back to the earth etc.

Well, it was banned for a time in Britain, whose free speech protections are not as strong. It did eventually air there.
