I never knew bands like the Beatles, Stones, or Who to lose out on potential audience because they were part of the BRITISH INVASION.

In fact, bands like the Sir Douglas Quintet pretended to be British.

If the rest of the world would not go see a Superman film because of the line "he stands for truth, justice, and the American way" then maybe Americans are right to be wary of foreigners. We've offered aid to countless countries, given our lives to countless wars when other nations' butts were in the fire. If they hate us so, then screw them. They can have Asterix and Tintin. I'll keep John Wayne, Superman, Joe DiMaggio, and Mickey Mouse.
