That might be an artists interpretation of what a Sphenosuchia looked like.
"Sphenosuchia is the name of the clade of crocodylians that first evolved.
They were small to medium sized terrestrial runners built similarly to greyhounds. They had a worldwide distribution during the Late Triassic and Early Jurassic."
