Thats why articles like this are worthy of ridicule even when those that ridicule it most viciously are usually either in denial or disingenuous. Many of them would defend a non political merger.

This is not what's being sold to the American people. Don't you think that maybe we the people ought to be consulted and told plainly what is at the bottom of twenty million "undocumented workers" with more on the way?
We've been told that the problem is just to big. They can't patrol such an enormous border, and anyway we can't deport 20 million people.
