If 12 Seconds is okay, would it be okay to take your eyes off the road for 15, 20, 30 or 60 seconds?

I don't know, but I know that if every driver in the country shut his eyes for 4 - 8 seconds, there'd be hundreds of thousands more accidents than there already are, on a daily basis.
