If the DA is filing on cases less than .08 and there is no showing that the driving was impaired then the DA is being unethical.
Not unlike at the federal level, ethics go out the window where county revenue generation is concerned....

I can only hope that at some point in time they stop the wrong person and that person has enough to file a lawsuit. There is never a guarantee of winning but it is worth a shot.
