Has the totalization agreement been placed before congress? I know congress has 60 working days to reject it once the WH releases it to them.

The House is pretty much our only hope, at least they usually listen to the common people, I think the Senate is a lost cause and the Presidency is gone, except for the war on terror, but something like this North America thing will be our Achilles Heel. For 2008, makes me wish Pat Paulsen was still alive, I'd cast my vote for him, at least he represented the "No-Party Party." B-P I remember back in 1988, one of my buddies warned me about the Bush family being part of the New World Order and he is right.
