Ehhh...drugs skeer me. I just wish I could go back to normal. Maybe need a new pillow or something.
It's bad when I'm practically nodding off at work by midday, though.
Catnip tea puts me to sleep.
'Morning! Is it Friday yet?
Ovaltine?
You need some of 2J's cholesterol medicine. ;o)
Frau Blucher was an Ovaltine spokesman?
Neighhhhhhhh!
It's all relative... give you a few years to acclimate, and you'll be squinting and wilting from the yellow face just like the rest of us pasty northerners :~)
Sorry you were feeling icky yesterday, sis. Feel better today?
Weeeeeee!
Aly was so excited and happy on this first trip. Yesterday, she was terrified for some reason. *shrugs*
Becky just loved it.
And, of course, my handsome skipper. :-D
The most beautiful place in the world.
Yeah - I'm feeling quite regular, thank you :~)
I was sorry to miss yesterday, but the car ride seemed a terrifying prospect :~)
Great! So glad there were pictures taken :~)
The one thing that is always good about here is, even though the sun can be pretty intense on the water, the water keeps it cool.
Did the girls play in the water or are they still a little too Florida for 58 degree water?
Without getting too specific, that would not have been the right tool for the job :~\
Oh good :~) How about you.... did you go in?
Yikes. Guess that "free" steak dinner had a price to it anyway. :-/
Only up to my knees. :-D
I'd get a bucket of water and set it next to me on the beach though. And when my skin started to feel prickly from the sun, I'd douse my arms and legs with water to cool off.
In my in-box when I returned...
SUPERMARKET SURROUNDSOUND
The new Supermarket near our house has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it goes on, you hear the sound of distant thunder and the smell of fresh rain.
When you approach the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and witness the scent of fresh hay.
When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.
The veggie department features the smell of fresh buttered corn.
I don't buy toilet paper there any more.
I hate to blame that steak dinner, because it was soooooo good. And ecurbh was fine. It was just me. Lucky thing, we don't have enough bathrooms to have the same bug :~)
ROTFL! The scent of fresh hay is kindof a lie, if they're trying to smell like life at a dairy :~)
