They have the NCAA football for that. BTW, did you see the number of NLF teams selling out all their tickets in a matter of seconds - literally. Build HUGE stadiums and MANY NFL teams would fill it. It's just that watching football requires a better view of the field than twisting you head in a circle watching cars go in a nice neat circle for 5 hours. Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Count me among that 6%. Having been stationed for years in England, Italy and Argentina, I've come to appreciate the skills and stamina required at the professional level. Favorite teams? England - Leeds United or Liverpool; Italy - Juventus or Lazio; Argentina - River Plate. I haven't missed many minutes of this WC.

We love seeing the back of the net bulge with a well-crafted goal. The lifting of that really annoying offside rule would help its popularity no end.
