Ahh, that Brazilian girl is very nice.
Ummm
dont come on Ghana!
(He apparently is still alive, but badly hurt. )
Poor slob. He can't even commit suicide properly...
(All I know is that 10 Italians are better than 11 Australians ;-) )
After seeing the game, I am convinced that 10 Italians and an incompetent Spanish referee are better than 11 Australians.
And we have a record!
Congrats Ronaldo.
That goal was PERFECT. Ronaldo did a wonderful job. Goaly had no chance.
Announcer just said "300th yellow card" of the tournament?
We are so lucky at this time, we only get to see the great Brazilians play about 3-4 great games every 4 years; today is one.
Really. That's cool. But what was Brazil's fault? Tripping over a goaly?
This could get ugly for Ghana. They can't pull off the offside trap. Brazil could score four or five today.
Yellow for diving apparently. Ha ha ha!
Interesting that yellow.
It sort of reminded me of the penalty against Australia last night.
I think this was as much a penalty as that one was.
Good non-call by the ref. However, the yellow might not have been neccesary.
anyone have a link for a live feed of the brazil/ghana match???
Another yellow... at least this match is better than the second half of Swiss-Ukraine yesterday. Both sides spent majority of the half kicking the ball in the air.
Ghana is showing some real promise.
I hope they get a goal :-)
Me, too. My Grolsch boys lost... so now I have to pick someone else.
The no-call in the Box against Ghana was fair, however, the way this Cup has gone, if the situation was reversed, Brazil would have taken a penalty kick
Guardian commentary says:
"He stumbled before shooting, after Lucio made contact with an outstretched leg: if hed gone down there, it would have been a definite penalty. Not that thats something you can guarantee at this World Cup."
I believe the Brazilians will win this game. But they´re showing that they´re not ready for their 6th title. Actually, Brazil, Spain, Germany and Argentina should be in the semi-finals. But we´re supposed to see one each of Italy/Ukraine and Portugal/England in the group of the best four. However, none of these teams will make it to the final. I hope that Spain will defeat Brazil in the quarter final. :)
Ghana is really pressing. At the near goals they have, they have to be due one soon. If they only played a half... Ghana would take them at the pace they are playing, IMO.
