Actually, panel 3 is enough, but I sense something down the pike that the Muses aren't aware of yet!
Panel 3 will be my honored wallpaper 'til then!
BARB!!!!!
How's the lip going?
Get this... the doc put me on steroids, allegra, zantac, and benadryl (at night) for a week.
Can you say "Cocktail"?
The swelling is just starting to go down. I was really in a panic earlier. I never ever had a swollen lip out of the blue. Freakie Deakie.
So how are you?!?! Didja miss me??!!!??!! Felt weird being away from a computer for this long!
BARB!!!! How was the trip?????
Did you have fun???
I know, I can't imagine what that would be like!
Still thinking it was a bug bite?
The trip was fun!!!!
I am burnt to a crisp. Minus the hotel room and the Fox Ops trailer, I spent all five days outside in the hot hot hot sun driving a Nascar/Fox golf cart around. I am a crispy critter, and I got me ten thousand bug bites. Luckily the 3 varieties of anti-histamine Im taking are fighting the itching part pretty good.
So the race went pretty well. For the most part, I had a blast! I met some really great people at Fox, including the Speed Channel folks, and I got to drive Larry McReynolds and a guy named "Slob" to their cars when the race ended. I had full access to every nook and cranny and was able to watch the last 20 minutes in the broadcast booth above the grandstand. All three Fox announcers, couple of wives, myself, couple of other runners and a couple of other folks all got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes trying to leave. I think we overloaded it. It kept dropping about a foot every couple seconds until we finally hit the ground floor. Some old guy near the buttons kept pushing them all and everyone started yelling at the guy to stop. I found it pretty comical, but one lady was freaking out saying she was claustrophobic and she didn't think she could make it. If she fainted, she certainly wouldn't have fallen since we were packed in like sardines.
More soon
hubby just got home with dinner!! BBL, ok?
Im so glad to be home!!!!
I don't know what it could be. The doctor checked it out pretty thoroughly. Could sun-burned and aggrivated.
Wow, sounds like you had a great time! Sun burns are no fun though...nor bug bites.
All in all, I'd say quitting your job was a great thing...would you have gotten to go otherwise?
Thanks for the laughs.
ROTFLMAO
Really good Freeptoon.
*Ahem*
Did you miss the last post I made to you on the weekend thread, right after you left?
It was number 422:

I sure hope so. I was up ALL night working on it last night.
And when I say all night, I mean "all night."
Well, it's been a few days so it's lost that birthday potency.
But what the hey...I'll take it!
Man, you are tough! Better late than never, you know.
I know. I should be counting my lucky stars...so never mind all that previous stuff I said. Let me hit the Undo Button.
Wait a minute! There IS no undo button!!!
