You also mentioned handwriting analysis. Patsy did not "pass" that scrutiny. They could not clear her.
They excluded many people, but not Patsy.

As far as not releasing JBR's body - the Ramseys had already just gone off and left her lying on the floor of their living room and were preparing their plane to leave town immediately. They didn't seem too concerned about getting her body or staying with it.

And you do not know what the Grand Jury concluded. NO ONE does.

You are TOTALLY FULL of SHIT! Where are you getting this crap. The polygrapher was ex FBI and the test was VERY carefully monitored. His credibility was never questioned. He asked the full range of questions. The handwriting was COMPLETELY inconclusive. Patsy was NEVER judged to be the writer of the note. SHOW me where she was! And, as far as JONBENETS' body, your comments are at least scurrilous and definitely inacurate. The coroner IMMEDIATELY took possesion of the body as he does in any homicide case. They didn't GO OFF and leave her body on the floor. They didn't leave that day. Get your info from something besides the Enquirer for Christs sake! IT HAD nothing to do with the Ramseys at all.

The Grand Jury did not issue a warrant or indightment. You figure it out.

We've gone over the handwriting analysis bit ad nauseum already on this thread. But I'll repeat it. First, it is not an exact science. Patsy could not be excluded by one expert, while an expert hired by A&E television excluded her conclusively as the writer of the note.

No investigator or criminalist would base a case on handwriting analysis. Remember, as was previously brought up on this thread, an expert authenticated the forged CBS documents.

AS for the Grand Jury, we do know what they said, they refused to indict. Or did you miss that little bit of no arrest, no trial, no indictment of the Ramseys?
