If it was the son, did he write the ransom note? He was only 9 at the time. I can't imagine him writing a 3 page ransom note.
Truth be told it was a possible theroy and I agree the son is a stretch.
From the beginning of the case there never has been anything about what JonBenet's body shows that couldn't be just as easily explained by an accident and then a cover-up
I agree that Burke didn't write the ransom note. IMHO
