No license or insurance? Geez, I bet than never happens anywhere else! I say congratulations to the brother who beat the crap out of the hit-and-run driver. At least we know the guy paid something for his crime. As for the brother, I would be proud to serve on his jury and vote for acquital.

So Michael Campbell was released from jail after posting $25,000 bond.
Martinez was released after he posted $3,500 bond, after a hit and run.
What is that about?
