Not sure if I ever posted the exact same hypothesis, but I sure thought about it. But it has to come from the grass roots Dems. "How can I support a party that supports this?" type of thing. Should I write a letter to the Move-On folks??? :)

Right it has to be the democrats that put the pressure on. It has to happen both in the polls and in campaign contributions. Angry republicans mean nothing to rats.

Move-on should care. You could wonder out loud how many minorities have been quietly railroaded in NC with their archaic pro-prosecution law (DA picks trial judge??? No speedy trial law??).

My son in law :-D (of course daughter moved too, but I don't know how she votes) I think I'll email them today, and ask them if they've heard of the case. After I showed him the information about Kerry, he decided to just stay home on election day.
