Under what conditions would the police be entitled to "seize" the complainant's computer - I assume the complainant is the AV in this case?

The materials Nifong did not turn over to the defense as part of discovery seem to be potentially significant and readily identifiable. Is Nifong simply establishing a sloppy record-keeping story? Are these the games DAs normally play and are allowed to play?

This whole thing has been a Charlie Foxtrot from day one. Nifong should be in jail on pure stupidity charges...
