If you think you saw the VC-25 (AKA Air Force One), keep in mind there are a few E-4B's that look identical minus the presidential seals. Usually the Chiefs of Staff ride around in those.Okay. It's not the President, because the seals were missing. Therefore it's not a high-enough priority target to worry about.
I saw what looked like Air Force One. It was a civvy jet (VERY rare to touch down at Dobbins), it had the blue-white markings, but was missing the Presidential markings. It was, however, escorted by a pair of combat-ready aircraft (one to each side, and one chase).
It would have been cool if it was AFO, but then I would have needed to wait until tomorrow.

Not sure it is escorted unless "officials" are on board. Don't think POTUS is scheduled for ATL today.
Maybe it's Cheney, so we can call it the DS-1, DeathStar 1 -- a visit from the Dark Side ;-)

That's neat to see. I know the President is in Europe, but any news if Cheney or Condi is traveling?

Cool a copy AF1. Too bad it's not a B-2 or some other mil flyer, but still pretty cool.

(Pres. Bush isn't Pres. Reagan. Then again, Pres. Regan isn't Pres. Washington. God bless them all.)

I work in a building with a view of an airport, and occasionally, we see some of the non-AFO staff jets making practice touch-and-go's. However, on rare occasions, extremely well-groomed and buff-looking 'window washers' will be perched around our building...and it seems to coincide with actual landings. Hmmm.
