A new drink containing nicotine has been created for smokers who have to fly or find themselves in a place where they can't light up, according to a Local 6 News report.

Developers in California who invented Nic Light said the drink is the equivalent of smoking two cigarettes.
Testers said it tastes like water, with a hint of lemon and nicotine.
"You know I think it's a good idea if it's going to keep smoke away from the people who don't like it," a traveler said.
"It would make a difference," smoker Leo Kaiser said. "I would need a bigger bottle."
The drink is available at some terminals at LAX and is being stocked at other airports across the country, according to Local 6 News.

Why not just take an old ashtray on-board and give it a good lick or two while en route?

I don't see how it's more convenient in a smokeless environment than nicotine gum.

New 'Nicotine Water' Targets Flying Smokers
Super. It's a bit of a niche market, though. Don't you think?

This pretty much seals the coffin on my nicotine suppositories idea. Damn. Don't count yourself out just yet. This new product leaves the market wide open for nicotine enemas!

Hey, I live in Kalifornia.
Smoke in an open-air park -- or even a public beach -- and you're in big trouble.

Thanks for your uplifting encouragement. We still a few small problems to overcome - they're roughly the same size as a "Red Bull" energy drink can and we still have to work on the "time release" thing (they currently deliver a lethal dose of nicotine).

IS IT IN YOU?
or...
IS IT OUT YET?
To: Jaysun
I noticed you gave it a menthol flavor. Dare I ask why?

For a pleasant burning sensation, a nice scent, and to attract African American consumers.

and to attract African American consumers. LOL. You lost me with that one. I'm off to ask my African American fellows just what is meant by that. :)

The market was too big for just one product. Seems Nicolaxx has some competition
